Rules for the Vibe Check event on Habr Career
By submitting an application in the manner established by these Rules, the participant in the “Vibble Check” event on Habr Career accepts the terms of these Rules in full.
General provisions
1.1 Habr Career Vibe Check event (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is an online event held in accordance with these Rules among an indefinite number of people.
1.2 To participate in the Event, you must submit an application for participation using the form posted on the Internet at https://vibe.habr.com/, and also register in the Habr Career service located at: https://career. habr.com/.
1.3 The event includes various online activities.
1.4 Informing the Participants of the Event is carried out on the Internet at https://vibe.habr.com/ and by e-mail of the participants.

Dates of the Event:
3.1 General duration of the Event: from March 7 to March 25, 2024.
3.2 Application period for participation in the Event: from March 7 to March 25, 2024.
Requirements for participants of the Event, rights and obligations of participants and the Organizer.
4.1 Requirements for participants of the Event apply to participants in activities within the framework of the Event.
4.2 Participants in the Event can be adult, legally capable individuals who are citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign citizens.
4.3 The Event Participant has the right:
4.3.1 Get acquainted with the Rules of the Event;
4.3.2 Get acquainted with information about the results of the Event;
4.4 The Event Participant is obliged to comply with the Event Rules;
4.5 The Event Organizer enjoys all the rights provided for by these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including the right to:
4.6 Require Participants to comply with the Rules of the Event;
4.6.1 Deny the Participant further participation in the Event;
4.7 The organizer is obliged:
4.7.1 Comply with the Rules of the Event;
4.8 The Organizer reserves the right to reject an application received with reasons at the request of the person submitting the application, and not to take into account those applications that violate these Rules.
Procedure for using personal data
5.1 By submitting an application to participate in the Event, the Participant gives consent to the Organizer to process his personal data in accordance with this section of the Rules.
5.2 Processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), incl. transfer to the territory of foreign states, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data of Participants is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. 5.3 Personal data may be used for the following purposes:
5.3.1 Establishing feedback with the Personal Data Subject, including sending notifications and requests regarding participation in the Event.
5.4 List of personal data provided by the Participant and processed by the Organizer: email address. In relation to the winners of the Competitions, depending on the agreed method of transferring the award, additional data necessary for transferring the award may also be processed.
5.5 The Organizer guarantees that the personal data of the Participants will be used exclusively by the Organizer or its authorized persons acting on the basis of non-disclosure agreements of confidential data in connection with this Event, and will not be provided to any third parties.
5.6 The Organizer processes personal data during the Event period.
5.7 The Participant’s consent to the storage and processing of personal data is given by the Participant for the duration of the Event and five years after its end and can be withdrawn by the Participant at any time by written notification sent to the Organizer by registered mail.
Final provisions
6.1 By taking part in the Event, the participant agrees to the User Agreement posted on the Internet at: https://career.habr.com/info/legal/agreement.
